Dear Andrea,

I just wanted you to know that the phone worked great. We didn't have any problems and the signal was so clear that the folks we called said we sounded like we were next door. It was very handy having a phone available to make calls anytime I needed to and be able to receive calls in the event of any emergency.

I thought the phone service was a great value for the price paid.
